Shipping Policy



Stepguards works closely with global manufacturers and hand-craft workshop from all over the world to source and curates the trendiest products at the best possible price. Think of us as a one-stop shop destination for the most popular products, where ever they're originate from. Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from China, Brazil, Bangladesh, Peru etc. via our partnership with FedEx and USPS.


When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. 

On average, your items will require 2-5 business days to be prepared. They will be packed and proceed to be shipped after that. Orders usually ship 8-15 business days from the date we update your order's tracking number. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. 

However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale or natural disasters, please note that me may not be able to commit 100% order to the normal delivery schedule. 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.


If there's a missing order, please let us know via support@stepguards.com. We'll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.

Shipping Fee: $8.99 for every order under $70 and Free Shipping for order > $70

Orders from outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 2-5 weeks from order time (depending on how strict the Customs in your Country is).


What is your cancellation policy?

You have 12 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.


You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at support@stepguards.com if you need the address to be changed

What is the return policy?

  1. Stepguards will accept your item(s) within 15 days from date of arrivals
  2. To be accepted for return/exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging and all parts and accessories.
